Religious Cross Painting

Poking around a small, pop-up brocante outside Saint-Sulpice on rue Bonaparte late last year, this antique painted beauty caught my eye. The simplicity immediately had a spiritually calming impact. Signed + dated 1839 in the bottom right, this, along with several other paintings, are now online/boutique. Arrives unframed; 14 x 10" with white cardstock mounting.
